Complete the practical component of AHA Heartsaver CPR AED with instructor-guided CPR, AED and choking-management practice and skills assessment. The €95 fee covers the practical session only. Participants must complete the AHA Heartsaver CPR AED online learning beforehand and bring their online completion certificate. Successful completion of both components earns a Heartsaver CPR AED course completion card, valid for two years.

AHA Heartsaver CPR AED – Practical Skills Session Only
Complete the face-to-face practical component of AHA Heartsaver CPR AED with instructor-guided practice and skills assessment.
Fee: €95 for the practical session only. Online learning is purchased separately.
Before attending
You must successfully complete the AHA Heartsaver CPR AED online learning before attending. Bring your online completion certificate to the practical session.
If you have completed a different online CPR course, contact us before booking so we can confirm whether it meets the entry requirements.
Practical training
An AHA Instructor will guide your practice, provide feedback and assess the required Heartsaver CPR AED skills.
Training includes:
- Recognition of cardiac arrest and calling for emergency help
- Adult, child and infant CPR
- Safe and effective AED use
- Giving effective rescue breaths
- Management of choking in adults, children and infants
Who is this session for?
People with little or no medical training who have completed the AHA Heartsaver CPR AED online component and need practical training and assessment to complete their certification.
Healthcare assistants should confirm with their employer whether Heartsaver or BLS Provider certification is required.
Certification
Successful completion of both the online learning and the required practical skills assessments earns an AHA Heartsaver CPR AED course completion card, valid for two years.
This session covers CPR, AED use and choking management. It does not include a First Aid qualification or a BLS Provider eCard.

- Complete blended package: €110. Book the online learning and practical session together with Immediate Care Training.
- Online learning only: €50. Arrange your practical session separately.
